This 390g Nicot overwintering base plate enables the bottom board to be closed up in autumn and winter.

Made of food grade recyclable plastic, this 390g Nicot overwintering plate slides under the grill of a plastic hive bottom board. On both sides, two pierced strips with openings of 3.5mm x 8mm along a length of 300mm ensure the hive has permanent ventilation.
